If You purchase a "Lifetime" license, this grants You the right to use the Application in its current state. "Lifetime" refers to the lifespan of the Service, not the user. The Company reserves the right to modify or cease operation of the Service at any time. Upon discontinuation, the license terminates, and no refunds will be provided.
The Company’s total liability under any provision of these Terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service, or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. The Company makes no representation that the Service will meet Your requirements or be error-free.
The laws of Malaysia shall govern these Terms. In the event of a dispute, You agree to first attempt an informal resolution by contacting the Company directly.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice via the App before new terms take effect.
